Lots of good news for WORM!

There may be some of you who were wondering what became the game of prehistoric roles for which I promised some time ago already a redesigned and finally an addendum to the rules. Well there it is! I just recently to equip the RPG WURM a supplement: the Companion . And for good measure, I accompanied a screen playmaker .

In short, the Companion clarifies and expands the rules basic game without complications, and gives many details on the Game: The World of the Ice Age 35,000 years ago (roughly that of Vo'hounâ) and Paleolithic cultures. With little topo on hunting, fighting, magic, camps, violence, art, burials, rules for playing children, etc. ... All in 45 pages. There will also be ready to play scenarios signed Yodram (already the author of the campaign's heirs Ragmar ) and Olivier Castan (talented author of jdra Bad Guys and Harry Potter ) - Thanks to them for their valuable assistance.

The screen is 4 strands and decorated with a panoramic illustration by Eric Brun. For the more observant among you, this is the illustration he has performed for the beautiful prehistoric site of Castel Merle and presented it on his blog a few weeks ago. I want to thank very much all that Eric Castanet Isabelle de Castel Merle for allowing me to use this beautiful backdrop for the screen image.

here it is: editions Icarus, specialized in publishing role-playing "indie" quality, approached me to offer me to release a "pro" version of role-playing Wurm.
This is good news! Here is what

Project:

WURM will come in paper edition, as a beautiful book of 120 pages that contain the basic game plus companion consolidated into one work still improved compared to the current version.

The book, in A4 format, will have 120 pages full of glossy pictures of my own, including 24 color pages and a hardcover novel illustrated with a painting done by me.

The selling price is fixed to 29.95 €

I admit it feels like. But in fact for the moment it is put in the conditional. Indeed, in order to give birth to this beautiful book, Icarus editions need to get 100 pre-orders. Yes, 100 .

it is both much and little. In any case if you enjoy the role play Wurm and are interested in the idea of holding the rule book in your hands, do not hesitate to support the cause: the cave is large, there is room for everyone (and more the paintings are nice). The first draw would be about 200 copies, the first 100 (of those subscribers, so) will be autographed by yours truly.

With Icarus, we gave up mid September to see if the project actually interested in the world, in which case we will launch in earnest pre-orders. In the meantime, so we need to know if this interests you.
